Return & Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal (EU customers) Under the European Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@fck-theground.com within 14 days of delivery.
How to return an item Once your withdrawal request is received, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its condition.
Faulty or incorrect items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@fck-theground.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Outside the EU For customers outside the EU, please contact us at info@fck-theground.com to discuss return options.
